Jeanne has worked in coaching, facilitation and training since 2000. Her areas of expertise are in effective communication and individual self-awareness including leadership, influence, staff engagement, career development, stress management, dealing with conflict, team culture, and handling difficult workplace dynamics. Jeanne has coached leaders and teams at all levels to drive and deliver high impact results, build effective team culture, and successfully attain desired career goals. She also has particular expertise in Emotional Intelligence, which is widely accepted as the basis of good communication and healthy relationships. Jeanne has written two major papers and a psychological test as well as several training programs in Emotional Intelligence. She has a passion for promoting individual personal development, skill building and insight through discussion, exploration and experiential learning.
Jeanne brings interesting life experience to her career. She has lived in San Francisco, Hollywood, Brussels, Belgium and Dijon, France, and speaks fluent French. She produced television commercials, music videos and training films for ten years in Los Angeles and Melbourne, and went on to manage a production company in Melbourne. She has also performed as an actress in commercials and music videos, and still loves acting with community theatre groups. With such a colourful and dynamic background, Jeanne has a flair for adding innovation, creativity, and insight to her programs.
Jeanne has provided coaching, facilitation and training for executive, senior and middle managers, and staff across both public and private organisations. She consistently receives outstanding participant feedback. She provides highly effective one-to-one coaching and consulting, having come from a strong counselling background; and she provides equally effective group development due to her depth of knowledge and her dynamic style. Jeanne finds that offering both levels of service brings a broad perspective, a versatile approach, and depth of experience for consistently positive results.
